Before You Use Your Product
Please inspect your Engino product upon arrival and keep your receipt / order number as proof of purchase. You’ll find it in your order confirmation email or on your delivery paperwork. This ensures fast support in case of missing parts or product issues.
Our 14-Day Return Promise
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery for:
- A full refund (excluding original delivery costs), or
- An exchange for another product of the same value, or
- A voucher equal to the returned product’s value
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- Complete with all parts and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to accept returns if:
- The product has been used, damaged or altered
- Parts are missing
- Original packaging is not included

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed right away using the original payment method.
