STEM & Robotics Workshop Educator
We are looking for candidates to fill two positions for a STEM & Robotics Workshop Educator at our educational centers in Limassol and Nicosia.
Employment type: Full-time or Part-time
The position will be based in either Limassol or Nicosia, depending on the candidate’s place of residence.
There may be a need to travel between cities once or twice per week, with travel expenses covered.
Main Responsibilities
• Teach and deliver STEM, Robotics, and MAKERSPACE workshops for students aged 4–15+ using ENGINO systems, software, and lesson plans, while providing feedback for improvement
• Develop original lesson plans incorporating gamification, problem-based learning, and experimentation aligned with modern STEM education trends
• Write supporting theoretical materials and quizzes tailored to different age groups
• Develop educational manuals and teaching methodologies and train instructors
• Present and promote company products and services in stores, trade fairs, and conferences
• Research competitors and current educational trends to support new product development in collaboration with other ENGINO departments
• Test new educational solutions with students, collect data, conduct interviews, and analyze results for academic and research purposes
• Participate in presentations at schools and external events
• Communicate with parents or organizations to promote services and schedule workshops, birthday activities, and school visits
• Provide support to our STEM Exploration Centers as needed for the promotion and sales of services and products
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or any STEM field (Physics, Technology, Science, Mathematics)
• Master’s or PhD in Education or a STEM & Robotics in Education-related field will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant field will be considered an advantage
Salary & Working Conditions
Full-time:
• €1,500 – €1,700 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience
• 13th salary included
• 6 working days per week (including Saturday), total 45 hours per week
Part-time:
• €15 – €30 gross per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
• Working hours mainly in the afternoons and Saturdays until 14:30
Performance-based salary increases are provided every 6–12 months.
