Job description:
ENGINO is seeking to hire an employee as an ‘’Junior Accounting Officer’’ at our headquarters in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
• Recording bookkeeping transactions.
• Perform relevant bank reconciliations.
• Submission of VAT, VIES and other relevant tax forms.
• Invoicing, petty cash, etc.
• Assist the Department in general administration duties.
• Assist in special projects as may be assigned.
• Sales administration and exports-imports support.

Requirements:
• Bachelor is preferred in Accounting or Business Administration or Economics or Finance.
• Holder of accounting certification (Higher level) or equivalent will be preferred.
• No experience is required.
• Excellent command of English and Greek language, both in written and oral communication.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and any accounting software.
• Team spirit and ability to work in collaborative environment with other members but also independently.
• Dynamic person that can work under pressure and deadlines.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Remuneration Package Offered:
An attractive pay package is offered, depending on qualifications and experience, along with 13th salary.

Καθήκοντα:
• Καταγραφή λογιστικών συναλλαγών.
• Διαχείριση σχετικών τραπεζικών συμφιλιώσεων .
• Υποβολή ΦΠΑ, VIES και άλλων σχετικών φορολογικών εντύπων.
• Τιμολόγηση, διαχείριση μικροταμείου κ.λπ.
• Βοήθεια στο Τμήμα για γενικά διοικητικά καθήκοντα.
• Βοήθεια σε ειδικά έργα που μπορεί να ανατεθούν.
• Υποστήριξη στην Διοίκηση πωλήσεων και εισαγωγές-εξαγωγές.

Απαιτήσεις:
• Προτιμάται πτυχίο στη Λογιστική ή Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή Οικονομικά ή Χρηματοοικονομικά.
• Κάτοχος πιστοποίησης λογιστικής (ανώτερου επιπέδου) ή ισοδύναμο θα προτιμηθεί.
• Δεν απαιτείται εμπειρία.
• Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής και ελληνικής γλώσσας, τόσο στην γραπτή όσο και στην προφορική επικοινωνία.
• Άριστη γνώση του MS Office και οποιουδήποτε λογιστικού λογισμικού.
• Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα εργασίας σε συνεργατικό περιβάλλον με άλλα μέλη αλλά και ανεξάρτητα.
• Δυναμικό άτομο που μπορεί να εργαστεί υπό πίεση και προθεσμίες.
• Πολύ καλές προφορικές και γραπτές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
